Fabulous golf course and view from chalets

Quite short on staff even though it was not even 50% occupancy Service levels and food quality is average. No accommodation or arrangement for drivers or domestic help is an issue as it is so far away from highway Electricity kept going in chalet Whilst the place is fabulous, I think the hotel is not yet quite equipped to run at full capacity. Great property though and weather made it lovely to enjoy the place. Only wish service levels were better

Everything was very good, stunning location to down at luggage store area, the staff were cooperative. Units with the hill view. The food provided was amazing. The services were good, including satisfactory breakfasts and free parking if needed. Location: the hotel was right by the restaurants and the jungle and mountains and greenery.

The hotel was very clean and the staff were hospitable. the location was stunning, especially during breakfast at the restaurant. - I appreciated the convenient amenities in the double room like climate control, a safe box, and multi-channel television. - the handy kitchenette was a nice addition. - the property was conveniently located near the golf course, historical sites, and greenery.
